Beliefs, Philosophy, Principles and Values are translated into actions such as behaviors and disciplines that cohere a group to a common way of operating and behaving together.  Disciplines are a way of entraining or inviting desired behaviors that one perceives will uphold principles and values.

Personal Practice

Each member is encouraged to commit to a daily routine that aligns with their own body wisdom incorporating the principles of:

  1. Stillness

  2. Breath

  3. Movement

  4. Voice

  5. Awareness

  6. Reflection

  7. Play

If you do not already have a daily practice routine there is a process you can work though to invite the emergence of a routine that feels right. Also keeping in mind that the practices may shift and change organically with your own energies and phases of life.

The schedule of personal practices for individuals has the option of being done on one's own, but are encouraged to be done with at least one other person, a small intimate circle or the whole community depending on the discipline and one's own personal needs, preferences and desires at different times.
