Welcome to the Coalescence Ecovillage Membership System! We are so glad you are exploring involvement with our community.

We designed the membership process to be a fun transformational learning experience essential to thrive and facilitate expansion and evolution. The process focuses on the essential elements needed to support a community and its members in a self awareness process that blossoms to reveal self love, inner guidance, and conscious communication while gaining insight into alignment with personal values and commitments. We hope you find it to be an enlightening, and enjoyable process. Multiple different stages, phases, and types of membership allow you an expansive space to get comfortable and find your optimal place and level of engagement that is right for you.

Membership system supports multiple phases, stages, and levels of engagement

The purpose of the Membership System is to support people to find their right relationship with Coalescence Ecovillage, in a way that is deeply honoring of an individual’s desire and deeply aligned with the Vision, Shared Purpose, and Member Intentions.

Stages & Types of Membership

There are specific protocols, processes, systems, and models in place to guide each of us on a journey to discover our alignment and resonance with Coalescence Ecovillage. We have outlined some basic stages of development and are interested in this being a co-creative ongoing evolutionary process as more of you join in our discussion and discovery circles.

WIDER COMMUNITY: Explorers, Team Members, Advisors, Support, Consultants, Contractors, Guests, Investors, etc…

It is our desire to be inclusive of all levels of our wider supportive spirals of community. After our initial meet and greet finds resonance and alignment, we are accepting of the level of engagement that feels right to both of us. It is our intention to engage with the wider community allowing for natural flow and synchronicity.

STAGE 1: EXPLORER

Interest is expressed and we begin the multifaceted process of getting to know each other. This could be be through meetings (in person or digital), work days, project coordination, etc…

STAGE 2: NOMINEE

Through community meetings and other community events, you find an existing community member to serve as your Sponsor – someone in support of your exploration of membership, and who can serve as a guide and coach through the membership process. We deepen our connection through additional reflection processes, meetings, commitments, and projects.

STAGE 3: PROVISIONAL MEMBER

This could be considered a “trial period” in order to deepen connection, commitment and coherence. Each provisional member will spend an allotted period of time (to be determined) in this stage before applying for full membership. There are additional reflection and alignment processes for further discovery and exploration. At this stage you are invited to share in some member responsibilities and rights to make sure there is alignment.

STAGE 4: FULL MEMBER

The romantic phase has developed into a harmonious functional relationship with deep compatibility, resonance, alignment, and commitment. Members participate and contribute to all responsibilities and accountabilities and share in membership rights (to be determined as the community develops).
